Talent Pathway

Queensland Netball's talent pathway supports players to progress from community and club netball through representative levels and towards elite competition. Players can progress through Association, Regional and State pathways, with opportunities to be identified for higher-level programs and ultimately the Queensland Firebirds or Sunshine Coast Lightning and Australian Diamonds pathways.
The focus is on developing players’ skills, confidence, athleticism and understanding of the game at each stage.
