Net Plus

New program introduced in 2025

Ages are a guideline based on year of birth. Where you begin depends on your age, skill level and netball experience.

Net Plus for 6 - 7 Years

IMG 8769Program for 6-7 year old players.


Games played with 6 players on modified courts.


Net Plus is an introductory game designed to help players improve their court movement and develop fundamental netball skills.  It ensures that all players have an equal opportunity to participate an eliminates confusion surrounding positions.  Coaches guide the game with the emphasis on encouraging and teaching skills.
