Coaching or managing a representative team involves both administrative responsibilities and the practical skills required to support and develop athletes. Prior to the commencement of the season, you will receive a comprehensive induction and be provided with all necessary equipment, resources, and information. This includes access to timesheets, team management spreadsheets, documentation tools, and the procedures required to confidently navigate the representative season.

Rep Manager Handbook

A Team Manager's role is to ensure all off court netball matters are dealt with efficiently. They provide administrative support to the coach and any netball staff, assist the coach to arrange the required equipment for training and games to take place, support the coaching team to ensure the required administrative and support arrangements are in place so that coaches and players can concentrate on the game. Managers also assist coaches with player well-being.
