Assemble: 8.00am
Games Commence: 8.30am (time may change depending on number of nominations)
Grade: 6yrs (born 2020) to 15yrs (born 2011). Mixed age groups will also be accepted, you will need to nominate into the age group of the older player. 6/7 yrs will be playing regular NSG Rules.
Closing Date: Sunday 5 July 2026 (or earlier, depending on number of nominations)
Nomination Fee: $130.00 (Includes GST) per team, to accompany nomination.
Grades for Nominations:
9 yrs - born 2017
10 yrs - born 2016
11 yrs - born 2015
12 yrs - born 2014
13 yrs - born 2013
14 yrs - born 2012
15 yrs - born 2011
Boys (12-15 yrs combined) - born 2014-2011
CONDITIONS OF PLAY:
1. Rules per Netball Australia for Competitive games (11yrs plus). Netball Australia NSG Rules apply for Non-competitive (6yrs to 10yrs). Note - some modified games will be played on hard courts with the low hoops. Grass courts are unavailable as they are under construction.
2. Umpiring - Each team must supply a capable umpire, suitably attired, to umpire their team
3. All Western Districts Netball Association By-Laws will apply
4. All teams must wear their registered club uniform and correct positional patches
5. All players must be registered with Netball Queensland
6. Trophies or medals will be presented in groups of 9 for Winners and Runners Up in each Division. Modified game players (non-competitive) will each receive an award.

Terms and conditions
- Withdrawals Refunds:
- Team withdrawals must be confirmed to WDNA via email - admin@westsnetball.org prior to the event. Failure to notify WDNA will result in 100% of the nomination/registration fee being retained.
- If a team withdraws more than 30 calendar days prior to the event, a 50% cancellation fee will be retained.
- If a team withdraws within 30 calendar days or less prior to the event date, 100% of the nomination fee will be retained.

Full Details - Official representatives of WDNA may take photographs and/or video recordings during the event for promotional, archival, and communication purposes. This may include images of players, teams, and spectators. WDNA officials will make reasonable efforts to respect the preferences of players who have opted out of photography. Officials will check in with Team Managers before taking photos to confirm any restrictions. It is the responsibility of the Team Managers to confirm they have communicated these conditions to their players and relevant guardians.
- It is the responsibility of each club to ensure that all players and officials are correctly registered in Netball Connect prior to taking the court.
